The only true healer is your own body! Today you’ll learn:

• Why we become sick
• Risk factors for certain diseases
• How to help your body heal itself

For the body to prevent illness or recover from a disease, the underlying cause(s) (e.g. infections, toxins, stress, nutrient deficiencies) must be resolved.
Removing underlying causes and providing the tools to heal will allow you to recover from almost any illness.
